The possibilities of cooking with mushrooms are enormous! Mushrooms can be braised, broiled, grilled, sautéed, and stewed. Mushrooms are also the perfect companions to pasta, sauces, soups, stews, and vegan and vegetarian dishes as a substitute for meats and seafood.

We will be vending at the Utah Fungi Fest September 8th! This is an amazing and educational weekend event full of speakers, workshops, and vendors with guided mushroom hunts on the last day! We would be so happy to see familiar faces there to learn about the fascinating world of fungi with us.
As a side note we will not be at the Ogden Farmers market during this time.
